When, where, what?

Mavericks was set up by Jessica Smith. Jessica has worked with children since she was 14 years old. Since then she has acquired a Childcare and Education CACHE level 3 Diploma, and is a qualified teacher (BA HONS).

Before working as a teacher Jessica worked in various holiday camps in the UK and abroad. With this experience behind her she knew that setting up her own camp would be an incredible adventure, thus Mavericks was born...

Mavericks who?

So why the name Mavericks? Because we know that each child is an individual and we want to treat them as such. We have tailor made activities implemented by dedicated and like minded staff. Our business is founded on an all important family ethos, whereby we ensure that your child feels as though they are entering into one big family and not another corporate machine.

What do we do?

Here at Mavericks we strive to provide the best possible care for your children during the holiday periods, because we know it's not always easy to find outstanding childcare. We not only provide traditional camp activities such as arts and crafts, drama, singing but we also provide our own Booster Activities such as Chef Time, Archery, even Quad Biking!
